Please note that while the policy is very rigid, the head coach often exercises a good deal of discretion in these matters, so please be nice to him.
No lessons are missed through inclement weather. If a lesson is missed because of weather the term will continue until all eight (8) lessons have been completed.
It is each student’s responsibility to attend each class.
Whilst I am very reasonable to assist with make-ups, I am not obligated to make-up a missed class for any reason other than school camp (one per year). This includes, but is not limited to, sickness, broken limbs, holidays, birthday parties, TV shows, tiredness, etc.
Make-up classes will not be given while fees are outstanding.
If you fail to attend a make-up class that you agreed to attend, no further make-up class will be given.
Make-up classes may not be carried over from one term to the next and under no circumstances may be used as credit towards any other tennis product or coaching program.
Your lesson fee is based on the place you take for a term. It is like ordering a meal; you are required to pay the cost of the meal not for the portion you eat. Your fees are due in full by the end of the second week of each school term unless you have made an alternative arrangement with me.
You are required to pay your fees to any coach in my absence.
I reserve the right to refuse service to a student whose fees are overdue by more than two weeks from the due date.
A pro-rata refund of the term fees, less an administration charge of $30, will be made for cancellations prior to week 4. If a cancellation is made after this time no refund will be available. Unpaid fees will be considered due and owing.
